We had the best experience with BB Stockholm! Our stroller was delayed due to an error by the airline company, and BB Stockholm was so nice and offered to bring the stroller to us the night before our actual reservation so we would be ready to go in the morning. The delivery to and back was efficient and clear. The stroller was exactly as pictured, very clean. Thank you for helping us during a stressful moment.

Outstanding customer service! Made the process of hiring a car seat so easy, especially when we needed one at short notice! Friendly communication and they were happy to speak to our relatives regarding delivery and pick up times to make things easier. The car seat was clean and in great condition. Very reasonable charges for delivery and pick up that didn’t add much onto the overall cost. BB Stockholm offered a great rental experience. The team arrived at our Airbnb promptly and on-time, and even though the pickup time was quite early in the morning, they were there so we can move on with our day on our schedule. They also picked the perfect selection of toys and books based on our daughter's age. Would recommend to anyone traveling in Stockholm with a little one!

We rented a BabyZen Yoyo stroller during our time in Stockholm and Beatriz went above and beyond! We decided to rent one late at night and she responded quickly, and we were able to arrange for a drop off the next morning. Having the stroller made our trip more manageable, which for us, means everything! Next time we visit Stockholm, we’ll definitely be renting from BB Stockholm again :)

Communication was great. The car seat and travel crib were even delivered early. It was nice that she was able to drop off at our hotel so it was there when we arrived. So much better than traveling with all the stuff ourselves.

So impressed and so happy with our rental. Stockholm has lots of difficult streets, but dragging the large Fox was out of the question. Renting it was so easy, so stress free, and we took it all over the city with us on the cobblestone streets. I even asked for the add-on seat for 2nd child, and she dropped off the rain gear when she saw the weather. Drop off and pick up was so easy. Would 100% use them again for our next travel.
